Job summary

JDR Life is recruiting in Brentwood/South Nashville for an entry-level B2B sales role. You will work directly with local business owners, help employers understand voluntary workplace benefit options, and assist employees through enrollment. Training and one-on-one mentorship are provided.

No prior B2B experience is required; licensing guidance is offered. This full-time, in-person role features a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Overview

JDR Life is recruiting on behalf of a local client expanding across the Brentwood and South Nashville area.

This is an entry-level business-to-business sales opportunity for motivated, coachable individuals who want to build professional sales skills and grow into greater responsibility over time.

Previous B2B sales or industry experience is not required. The client provides hands-on training, one-on-one field mentorship, and support throughout the licensing process.

In this role, you’ll work directly with local business owners and decision-makers, help employers understand voluntary workplace benefit options, and support employees through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers

Compensation

• Commission-only compensation plus performance bonuses
• Target first-year earnings: $49,600 - $90,100+, depending on individual production and performance.
• Actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
