We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team. This critical role ensures smooth operations and exceptional client service, positioning us to maintain our reputation for reliability and trust in the fire protection industry.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Entry Level Sales Rep to join our team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for a motivated individual looking to kickstart their career in marketing and sales. The associate will play a key role in generating leads, engaging potential customers, and supporting marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to target and develop new business opportunities while contributing to the company’s creative marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Sales Support

  1. Generate leads by making cold calls and visiting businesses in targeted industries.
  2. Utilize company-provided marketing materials to effectively engage and attract potential customers.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize high-value prospects.
  4. Conduct research on potential customers using company software to gather insights and inform outreach strategies.

Marketing Support

  1. Capture high-quality photos and videos on location for marketing campaigns and content creation.
  2. Edit photos and videos to align with brand standards and campaign needs.
  3. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  4. Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials across various channels.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in sales and marketing.
  3. Basic photography and videography skills, including editing (experience with editing tools is a plus).
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  5. Proficiency in using research tools and basic office software.
  6. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement is a bonus but is not required.

  • Orientation and training on systems like Salesforce, Office365, and ZoomInfo, as well as others.
  • Shadow team members to learn workflows and daily tasks.
  • Build relationships with colleagues and clients to start understanding our team culture.

Next 30 Days (60 Days Total)

  • Take ownership of calls and client communication with team guidance.
  • Start contributing to sales meetings and other Marketing efforts.
  • Gain confidence and familiarity with our tools and processes.

By 90 Days

  • Manage your responsibilities independently and with confidence.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to broader operational strategies.
