Job Title: Remote Entry Level Sales Representative at Agent Alliance

Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $68,500.00/yr

Job Responsibilities

1. Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer.
2. Schedule Zoom meetings with these members.
3. Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client.
4. Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
5. Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments.
6. Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs.
7. Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits.
8. Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule.
