Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced outside sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses in your territory to present supplemental insurance offerings.
• Meet with business owners and groups of employees to explain benefits.
• Respond to client questions via phone and email and set appointments.
• Follow up with clients and support them through claims and renewals.
• Use Salesforce CRM to track activities, contacts, and progress; report to manager.
• Develop a growing client base and meet sales goals with manager support.
