Job summary

True North Group is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to cover a local Oklahoma territory. You’ll visit businesses, assess employee benefits needs, and present supplemental insurance options. Schedule flexibility exists as you build relationships with owners and their staff.

Training is provided; no prior insurance experience is required. You’ll develop your book of business with support from a proven system and a collaborative team, with opportunities for growth and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Comfortable using email, calendar, and CRM tools.
• Already licensed in Health & Life, or willing to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Visit businesses and introduce our supplemental insurance offerings.
• Meet with owners and present to groups of employees (10–50+).
• Respond to questions via phone and email; set appointments and follow-ups.
• Build your client base and develop long-term relationships.
