Job summary

South Key is seeking an entry-level Account Executive in Woburn, MA to learn the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals and build relationships with local small business owners. You’ll meet with businesses in person to understand their communication and telecom needs, and work with leadership to develop sales strategies and customer solutions.

Recent grads or those eager to start a career in sales will gain hands-on mentorship, develop strong communication and leadership skills,

Qualifications

• Recent college grads or candidates eager to start a career in sales.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Coachable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable meeting with businesses in person.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Zoom is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Build relationships with local small business owners in assigned territories.
• Meet with businesses face-to-face to understand their communication and telecom needs.
• Work closely with leadership and teammates to develop sales strategies and customer solutions.
• Continuously grow communication, business development, and leadership skills.
