We are seeking an entry-level sales manager to join our team. Sales Managers are responsible for profitability in the new and used vehicle departments and customer retention. They must effectively manage sales personnel, possess strong market knowledge, understand all sales departments' financial data, and have excellent customer relations skills. Upholding the highest ethical standards is expected. This entry-level role is ideal for a sales professional aspiring to move into management.
Preferred candidates have at least one year of dealership sales experience, but retail sales experience in any industry will be considered. Candidates must be comfortable managing people, possess strong communication skills, and be able to maintain profitability, control expenses, and ensure customer satisfaction. They should be knowledgeable of relevant federal, state, and local regulations and comply with them. A valid state sales license is required.
