Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Sales Manager, you’ll manage your own sales while also guiding and leading a team of agents. You’ll have the flexibility to work fully remotely, allowing you to set your own schedule and build your career from anywhere. What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Personal Sales: Sell life insurance solutions to veterans, union members, and their families, helping them secure financial protection.
  • Lead & Mentor Your Team: Take on a leadership role, providing guidance, training, and support to your sales agents, while helping them achieve their goals.
  • Training & Development: Participate in extensive training to gain in-depth knowledge of the life insurance industry, focusing on the veteran and union markets.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive exceptional service.
  • Achieve & Exceed Sales Goals: Strive to meet your personal sales targets and help your team succeed through leadership and motivation.
