As an Entry-Level Sales Manager, you’ll manage your own sales while also guiding and leading a team of agents. • Training & Development: Participate in extensive training to gain in-depth knowledge of the life insurance industry, focusing on the veteran and union markets.
• Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive exceptional service.
