Gordie Boucher Lincoln of West Allis is hiring an Entry Level Sales Manager!

Position: We are looking to hire an entry level sales manager to join our team! Sales Managers are responsible for profitability in the new and used vehicle departments and customer retention. To achieve this, they must effectively manage sales personnel, have a strong knowledge of the market, and have an in-depth understanding of all sales departments' financial data, as well as strong customer relations skills. A Boucher Sales Manager is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards in every aspect of the job. This entry level position is perfect for a sales professional to work their way into a management role.


Responsibilities:

  1. Hiring and managing consultants, conducting daily sales meetings and training.
  2. Overseeing standards for the facility and new vehicles.
  3. Planning and executing community and partner business promotions.
  4. Managing the supply, inventory, and marketability of new vehicles.
  5. Reviewing forecasts and profits with the General Sales Manager.
  6. Collaborating on advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing, lease promotions, and compensation.
  7. Overseeing the productivity and growth of the Internet Sales Team.
  8. Addressing customer issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  9. Issuing demonstration vehicles and maintaining dealership records.

Requirements: Preferably, sales managers should have at least a year of experience in a dealership sales environment; however, retail experience in any sales industry will be considered. Must be comfortable managing people and possess strong communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors. Responsible for maintaining department profitability, controlling expenses, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Must stay informed about and comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations. A valid state sales license is required.
