We're seeking a motivated Junior Sales Manager to support the sales efforts of two top-performing Hilton-branded hotels. This role is ideal for someone looking to launch or grow a career in hotel sales, with hands-on exposure to group business, corporate accounts, and extended stay segments in a dynamic, supportive environment.
What You'll Do:Support the Dual Director of Sales in daily sales activities across both properties
Assist with RFP responses, proposal writing, and group booking management
Coordinate with front office and revenue teams to ensure smooth group execution
Prospect new business across key segments: corporate, extended stay, and group travel
Maintain CRM systems, track sales pace, compile reports, and monitor productivity
Support site visits, client follow-ups, and communication with key accounts
A self-starter with strong organization and communication skills
Passionate about hospitality and eager to grow into a sales or business development role
Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office proficiency required; knowledge of Salesforce, Delphi.fdc, or Cvent is a plus)
Previous experience in hotel sales or customer service is helpful but not required
Mentorship from an experienced Director of Sales
Exposure to Hilton systems and dual-hotel operations
