Position: We are looking to hire an entry-level sales manager to join our team! Sales Managers are responsible for profitability in the new and used vehicle departments and customer retention. They must effectively manage sales personnel, have a strong knowledge of the market, understand all sales departments' financial data, and possess strong customer relations skills. Upholding the highest ethical standards is essential. This entry-level position is ideal for a sales professional aspiring to move into management.
Responsibilities:
Requirements: Preferred candidates have at least one year of experience in a dealership sales environment or retail sales industry. Must be comfortable managing people, possess strong communication skills, and be able to maintain department profitability while controlling expenses and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates must understand and comply with relevant federal, state, and local regulations and hold a valid state sales license.
