828 Logistics, LLC. is seeking a driven Sales Representative to build relationships with shippers, quote and book freight, and grow a book of business from an entry-level position.

You will coordinate shipments end-to-end, communicate with customers and carriers, and continuously expand knowledge of transportation markets and pricing. This role offers high earning potential through uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities with shippers.
• Quote, negotiate, and book freight while maintaining profitable margins.
• Source, qualify, and negotiate with reliable carriers.
• Coordinate shipments from pickup through final delivery.
• Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Track shipments and resolve issues quickly when problems arise.
• Build and maintain a strong book of business.
• Develop long-term customer and carrier relationships.
• Maintain accurate information and activity in company systems/CRM.
• Continuously improve knowledge of transportation markets, lanes, pricing, and the freight industry.
