RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking an Associate - Sales in Cincinnati for a full-time, entry-level role with a four-month training program (ADP) to build sales strategies and account knowledge for a successful career in sales.

During training you will shadow reps, qualify leads, and travel as needed while assisting senior staff in sourcing and managing new and existing business. A degree is preferred and CRM experience helps start strong.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivation to learn and explain ROI to customers.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Driven and motivated to succeed in sales.
• CRM experience preferred (e.g., Salesforce).
• Sales internship or experience selling.
• Reliable transportation to meet clients in territory.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold-calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales reps; some travel required.
• Assist senior reps in sourcing, securing, and managing business both new and existing.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment.
• Participate in marketing and sales publications to improve industry knowledge.
