TriNet is seeking an Associate Sales Consultant in Atlanta, GA, offering an entry-level path into sales with structured onboarding and mentorship. You will support Sales Consultants, learn TriNet’s HR solutions, and build client-facing skills across calls, emails, and in-person interactions.

The role emphasizes training, coaching, and growth into future sales opportunities, with relocation possibilities for field roles. Up to 15% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Open to candidates at all experience levels; internships or customer-facing roles are a plus.
• Comfortable learning new tools in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of TriNet’s products and value proposition for SMBs.
• Support Sales Consultants throughout the sales process including client engagement and follow-up.
• Conduct account and market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers.
• Assist with preparing customized presentations, proposals, and client materials.
• Draft professional follow-up communications and help coordinate meetings using Outlook and Teams.
• Build confidence communicating with business leaders and internal stakeholders.
