You will learn from experienced leaders, receive onboarding and ongoing coaching, and have clear growth pathways into advanced sales or field roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Open to candidates at all experience levels, including recent graduates.
• Internship experience, customer-facing roles, sales exposure, or business experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of TriNet’s products and value proposition for SMBs.
• Support Sales Consultants during the sales process with client engagement and follow-up.
• Conduct account and market research to identify potential clients and decision makers.
• Assist with preparing customized presentations, proposals, and client materials.
• Draft professional follow-up communications and coordinate meetings via Outlook and Teams.
