Job summary

TriNet in Atlanta, GA is launching an entry-level Associate Sales Consultant program designed to develop foundational sales skills through hands-on exposure, mentoring, and structured training. You will support Sales Consultants through the sales cycle, learn client engagement, research, and create proposals.

Two onboarding cohorts are available: January 2027 and July 2027. The program offers coaching from experienced sales leaders, growth toward Field Sales or senior roles, and a long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Open to candidates at all experience levels, including recent graduates.
• Internship, customer-facing roles or sales exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Consultants throughout the sales cycle, including client engagement and follow-up.
• Conduct account and market research to identify potential clients and needs.
• Prepare customized presentations, proposals, and client materials.
