Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business or related fields.

• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives and assist in everyday functions such as sourcing, securing and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings and maintain relationships with accounts.
• Build a sales funnel for the post-training assignment.
• Pursue continued development through marketing and sales publications.
• Perform other duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
