RRD is seeking an Associate for its four-month Associate Development Program in Atlanta, GA. This full-time, entry-level role trains you in sales strategies, prospecting, and customer engagement to develop a career as a Sales Associate.

The July 2027 cohort in Atlanta begins soon; compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, with potential bonus or incentives. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, and other coverages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related fields preferred.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated to learn and make data-driven decisions for ROI.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Prior CRM experience preferred (Salesforce).
• Sales internship or experience selling.
• Reliable transportation to clients within territory.

Responsabilités

• Learn and execute RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Prospect and cold call to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives; some travel may be required.
• Assist senior reps with sourcing, securing, and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment.
• Participate in special projects and ongoing development opportunities.
