Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and keep the store organized and clean at the Kirchoff Road location in Rolling Meadows, IL.

This part-time role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. The position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and maintaining a safe, friendly store environment while following operational guidelines and protecting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and ensure cash security.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks for stock replenishment.
