Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized store in Oak Lawn, IL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and meet demands of repetitive lifting, walking, standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness across the store, bathrooms, and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
