Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer in our store. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions, manage cash, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

The role requires reliable teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with flexibility for part-time hours. You will contribute to a positive, safe environment and represent our brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
