Job summary

JES Holdings, through its Fairway Management (FWM) division, is seeking a Maintenance Tech I for the Warner Robins, GA area. The role focuses on basic residential maintenance support, unit turns, and maintaining curb appeal.

You will work full time, 8am–5pm, with on-call duties and opportunities to participate in HVAC/safety training and HUD/LIHTC standards. Ideal candidates are punctual, eager to learn, and professional, with 0–2 years of related experience and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• Arriving at work on time and with a professional demeanor.
• Strong time management to complete work orders efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and serve residents enthusiastically while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and appearance of the property.
• Complete and assist with daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
• Assist with unit turns including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning.
• Help neighboring properties with maintenance tasks as needed.
• Pick up supplies from area vendors while operating a registered, insured vehicle.
• Report to Property Manager, Regional Manager and Maintenance Superintendent on tasks.
• Travel to regional/corporate trainings and conferences as required.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors and staff.
• Inform manager of health and safety concerns on site.
• Work overtime when needed and approved.
• Engage in training programs on HVAC, safety, HUD and LIHTC maintenance standards, INSPIRE.
