Qualifications

• 0–2 years of basic maintenance experience in residential or related settings.
• Willing to work overtime and train in HVAC and HUD/LIHTC standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal.
• Complete and assist with daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on call after hours.
• Must have applicable maintenance tools.
• Conduct unit turns including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning.
• Assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks.
• Pickup supplies from area vendors while operating a registered vehicle.
• Report health and safety concerns to management.
• Travel for regional and corporate training as required.
