Job summary

Accenture in the Austin area seeks a Specialty Hiring Associate to support onboarding and offboarding of subcontracted resources, verify weekly timesheets, and ensure timely payroll approvals. You will execute established Specialty Hiring processes, coordinate with CX and Procurement, and maintain onboarding trackers.

This is a hybrid role with monthly on-site onboarding as needed. Strong organizational and communication skills, HR/recruiting experience, and proficiency with Beeline and Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in HR or Recruiting is desirable.
• Familiarity with timesheet or contractor management systems (Beeline) is preferred.
• Microsoft Word – Intermediate or higher.
• Microsoft Excel – Intermediate or higher.
• Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Visio skills.
• Microsoft Copilot – foundational proficiency.
• Visio flow diagrams and process maps understanding.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and follow documented procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for subcontractors.
• Provides administrative support for internal/external resource loan processes.
• Reviews background check status for completion and compliance.
• Coordinates equipment, network access, and training needs for new hires.
• Collaborates with CX and Procurement for onboarding candidates.
• Tracks staffing requisitions and supplier communications.
• Verifies weekly timesheets to support accurate billing and payroll approvals.
• Maintains onboarding trackers and documentation.
• Contributes to weekly reports and team deliverables.
• Supports Hiring Managers with process training and guidance.
