Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to placement.
• Source qualified professionals using multiple recruiting tools.
• Screen candidates through interviews and reference checks; align with goals and skills.
• Communicate opportunities and prep consultants for start dates.
• Coaching consultants for interviews and ongoing engagement post-hire.
• Maintain a network of consultants aligned with in-demand skill sets.
