Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to own the full recruiting lifecycle, from meeting with hiring managers to sourcing qualified professionals for engineering and sciences roles.

You will build trusted relationships, screen candidates, and coach them for interviews while growing a network of consultants across specialties. A structured training program supports your development and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruiting lifecycle: meet managers, source, screen, and match consultants.
• Screen through interviews and references, align goals and skills.
• Coach consultants for interviews and onboarding; maintain engagement.
• Build and maintain a network of engineering and sciences professionals.
