Actalent in the United States is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to own the full recruiting lifecycle. You will meet with hiring managers to understand needs, source qualified professionals, screen via interviews and references, and prepare consultants for their new roles.

You’ll build trusted relationships in our engineering and sciences consultant network, coach candidates for interviews, and stay connected throughout employment to ensure satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment.
