Actalent is seeking an entry-level recruiter to join our team and accelerate the careers of engineers and scientists. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle from meeting managers to sourcing, screening, and presenting opportunities, while building trusted relationships across our network.

This role includes a structured 13-week training period, competitive base pay starting at $45,000 after training, and aggressive earning potential through commissions and incentives as you grow within the

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Source qualified professionals through recruiting tools.
• Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, learning about goals, skills and interests.
• Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for new roles.
• Maintain relationships with consultants, coaching for interviews and checking in on first day.
• Build a network of consultants aligned with in-demand skill sets.
• Develop trusted relationships to help advance candidates’ careers.
