Actalent is seeking an Entry‑Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to own the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering and sciences consultants. You will meet with hiring managers, source candidates, screen via interviews and reference checks, and prepare consultants for new roles.

You will coach candidates for interviews, check in on their first days, and stay engaged to ensure satisfaction and retention. The role offers substantial training, performance incentives, and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Entry-level recruiter with ability to build relationships across engineering and sciences groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for screening and coaching candidates.
• Familiarity with sourcing candidates through multiple channels and assessing fit.
