Aerotek in Roanoke, Virginia is seeking a Recruiter to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview applicants, and partner with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments. You will build relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads while performing customer service tasks.

The role offers a base salary with immediate earning potential through commissions, and a path to higher base pay after the first year, along with comprehensive benefits

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission after the hourly training period
• Raise to $55,000 base salary upon one year of employment

• Year 1: $50,000
