Job summary

Aerotek is hiring for a Recruiter position in Pleasant Valley Township, Iowa. In this role, you will identify and screen qualified candidates and partner with Account Managers to target key market segments.

The position offers a base salary starting at $45,000, increasing to $55,000 after one year, plus unlimited commission and performance-based incentives. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, and 20 days of paid time off.

Qualifications

• Preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Customer or sales focused experience required.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment is beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000
• Year 3: $102,000
