Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Recruiter in West Des Moines, Iowa, to identify and interview qualified candidates and maintain relationships within the industry. The position offers a starting base salary of $45,000 with the potential to increase to $55,000 after one year. Additionally, recruiters can earn commission and performance-based incentives across their first three years of earnings. • Bachelor's Degree is preferred, experience in customer or sales-focused roles is essential.
• Must have experience working in a team-oriented environment.

• Partner with the Account Manager to identify top accounts and target skill sets.

Compensation & Benefits

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000
• Year 3: $102,000
