Job summary

Notre Dame in Roanoke, VA is seeking a recruiter to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview, and partner with Account Managers to target accounts and markets. You will build relationships with industry contacts and support customer service activities, while giving back through volunteering.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission after the hourly training period
• Raise to $55,000 base salary upon one year of employment

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000
