Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Recruiter in Virginia Beach to identify and screen candidates, partnering with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments. You will build relationships with industry contacts, perform customer service tasks, and contribute to community initiatives.

The role promotes from within, with a base salary plus weekly commission after training and a raise to 55,000 after year one. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, HSA and 401K, and paid time off.

Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission after the hourly training period. Upon one year of employment, you will also receive a raise in your base salary to $55,000. Additional benefits include (but not limited to):
