HTU is seeking a recruitment-focused professional in Milwaukee to identify and screen qualified candidates, build relationships with industry contacts, and contribute to customer service efforts. The role includes partnering with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments, as well as engaging in community volunteering initiatives.

The position emphasizes a customer or sales mindset, teamwork in a supportive environment, and ongoing relationship-building for referrals and sales

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 after training period with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Base salary increases to $55,000 after 1 year with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1 - $50,000; Year 2 - $76,000; Year 3 - $102,000.
