Job summary

HTU in the United States seeks a results-driven recruiter and sales‑oriented professional to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview, and collaborate with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments. You will build relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads, perform customer service activities, and participate in community volunteering.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 after training period with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Base salary increases to $55,000 after 1 year with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000.
