HTU in Columbia, SC is seeking a proactive recruiter with a customer or sales focus to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview applicants, and collaborate with the Account Manager to target top accounts and key market segments.

You will build and maintain industry relationships, perform customer service tasks, and contribute to community volunteering and philanthropy while pursuing performance-based compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 after training period with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Base salary increases to $55,000 after 1 year with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000.
