Job summary

GOTAFE in the United States seeks a results-oriented recruiter with a sales mindset to identify qualified candidates and conduct interviews. The role partners with an Account Manager to target key accounts and market segments while building industry relationships to generate referrals and leads.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 after training period with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Base salary increases to $55,000 after 1 year with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000.
