Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter to join our team in Denver. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake with hiring managers to sourcing, screening, and presenting opportunities to consultants.

You will build trusted relationships with engineers and scientists, coaching candidates for interviews and ensuring a smooth start and ongoing engagement. This is a fast-paced, commission-influenced role with structured training and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including meetings with hiring managers.
• Source qualified professionals through recruiting tools.
• Screen candidates through interviews and reference checks; learn goals and skills.
• Communicate opportunities and prepare consultants for start dates.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants for satisfaction and engagement.
• Develop a network of consultants aligned with in-demand skill sets.
