Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the full recruiting lifecycle from meeting with hiring managers to understand needs.
Source qualified professionals through recruiting tools.
Screen potential consultants through interviews and references to ensure alignment with goals and skills.
Communicate opportunities and prepare consultants for start dates.
Build and maintain relationships, coaching consultants through interviews and onboarding, ensuring engagement.
Develop a network of consultants aligned with top industry skill sets and act as a trusted career partner.
