Job summary

Shine BrightX LLC in Indiana is seeking a Recruiter to identify qualified candidates through recruiting and sourcing tools, screen and interview applicants, and collaborate with Account Managers to target key markets.

You will build industry relationships to generate referrals and sales leads, support customer service activities, and contribute to community initiatives through volunteering and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $57,783.96 upon successful completion of hourly training period, with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• After 1 year, base salary increases to $60,000 with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
