Job summary

Notre Dame is seeking a recruiter to identify and screen qualified candidates using diverse sourcing tools, interview applicants, and collaborate with Account Managers to target key markets. The role includes building industry relationships and engaging in customer service activities.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission after the hourly training period
• Raise to $55,000 base salary after one year of employment
