Job summary

Notre Dame in Tempe, AZ is seeking a results-oriented recruiter to own the full hiring lifecycle. You will partner with hiring managers, source top professionals, and screen candidates through interviews and references to ensure a strong match.

You will build a network of consultants, coach candidates for interviews, and nurture relationships to become a trusted talent partner. A performance-based environment and comprehensive training support your growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• Initial base salary of $45,000 after hourly paid training, increasing to $55,000 after one year
