Job summary

HTU in Ames, IA is seeking a recruitment professional to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview, and collaborate with Account Managers to target top accounts and skill sets. You will build relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads, and contribute to customer service initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 upon successful completion of hourly training period, with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• After 1 year, base salary increases to $55,000 with continued commission and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000.
