Notre Dame in the United States (New York area) is seeking a Recruiter to identify qualified candidates using diverse sourcing tools, screen and interview applicants, and partner with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.

You will build and nurture relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads, while delivering strong customer service.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $62,353.20 after hourly training period, with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
• Projected earnings: Year 1: $67,000; Year 2: $98,000; Year 3: $122,000.
