Job summary

The job involves identifying candidates through a database and job boards, making calls, and facilitating onboarding processes. Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree or have military experience, with a preference for sales or customer service backgrounds. Responsibilities

• Utilize our internal database to identify potential candidates.
• Make a minimum of 50 calls each day to candidates.
• Screen candidates over the phone and in-person.
• Facilitate the onboarding process with new candidates.
• Identify fresh candidates using creative strategies.
• Place at least one candidate on a long-term job weekly.
• Identify sales leads for the Sales and Account Management team.

Job Requirements
