This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing company and advance within recruiting and sales tracks. As a Recruiter, you will use our databases and job boards, make 50 calls a day, screen candidates, onboard new hires, and identify sales leads for the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or recent military experience.
• Internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
• Interest in Sales and Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Use internal database and job boards to identify candidates.
• Make a minimum of 50 calls per day to prospective and current candidates.
• Screen candidates over the phone and in person for roles.
• Facilitate onboarding for new candidates.
• Identify fresh candidates with creative recruiting strategies.
• Place at least one candidate on a long-term job weekly.
• Identify sales leads for the Sales and Account Management team.

• $24.05 hourly + uncapped commission (average first year comp: $60k+)

• Make a minimum of 50 calls each day to prospective and existing candidates
• Screen candidates over the phone and in-person for existing and upcoming jobs
• Facilitate onboarding process with new candidates
• Identify fresh candidates using creative recruiting strategies
• Place at least one candidate on a long-term job weekly
• Identify sales leads for the Sales and Account Management team

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or recent military experience, preferred
• Prior internship/work experience in sales, marketing or customer service environment, preferred
• Must have interest in Sales and Account Management
