Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, dock workers, and support roles.
• Source candidates using job boards, databases, and outbound outreach.
• Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews.
• Make 30-50 outbound calls and handle 15-20 inbound calls daily.
• Track candidates and activity in ATS/HR systems.
• Keep pipelines full and hiring managers supported.

We're hiring a Driver Recruiter to join our team at Universal Logistics headquarters in Warren, MI. You'll play a key role in hiring CDL drivers and other critical positions across our network. Shifts: Full time (45 hours), Monday through Friday 8am-6pm or 9am-7pm
