Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service or high-call-volume experience.
• Strong learning ability and natural curiosity.
• Ability to work in Houston office Monday–Friday.
• Proven sourcing and interview coordination skills.

What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing qualified resumes/profiles of candidates for specific job orders
• Conducting intensive keyword searches using Boolean search methods as well as keyword searches on LinkedIn
• Creating lists of target companies to recruit from for each specific job order
• Scheduling and coordinating phone and face-to-face interviews for managing partners and clients

Who You Are:

• 3-5 years of customer service or high-call volume work experience
• Brainpower – the ability to learn extremely quickly
• Natural curiosity/desire to learn
• Ability to work in our Houston office M-F
