Job summary

Improveit Home Remodeling is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Recruiter at our Columbus, Ohio corporate office. You’ll screen candidates by phone, send assessments, and coordinate interviews as we expand into new markets.

You’ll work with hiring managers to tailor recruitment strategies, manage candidate pipelines in our ATS, and continually refine processes to enhance the candidate experience. Training is provided to help you excel.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for sales and helping others succeed.
• Excellent verbal communications skills.
• Outgoing, positive, and persuasive.
• Gritty, driven and self-motivated with a whatever-it-takes mindset as it relates to crushing goals.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates through phone interviews to assess fit.
• Send assessments to select candidates for first interview.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and strategies.
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, providing support to candidates and managers.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain records in the ATS.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to streamline efficiency.
• Update the ATS as candidates move through the pipeline.
• Enter daily/weekly stats in the reporting system.

Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Sales Recruiter, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion and growth efforts, identifying and attracting top talent to join our sales team across multiple markets. You'll play a vital role in helping us achieve our growth goals by engaging and phone interviewing candidates who embody the Improveit spirit – driven, customer-focused, and passionate about making a difference.

What you will do:

• Screen candidates through phone interviews to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Send assessments to select candidates, ensuring they make it through this critical stage of the candidate funnel and on to the first interview.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies to attract the best talent.
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, providing support and guidance to both candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to streamline efficiency and enhance the candidate’s experience.
• Update our applicant tracking system as candidates move through the pipeline.
• Enter your daily/weekly stats in our reporting system.
